Ilene Mason, brings a combination of engineering, business management and energy sector experience to RPM. Most recently, Ms. Mason served as the Industrial Program Coordinator for the Consortium for Energy Efficiency. There she organized multi-stakeholder groups - utilities, regional energy efficiency organizations, manufacturers, service providers, and governmental groups - to advance publicly-funded efficiency programs across the U.S. and Canada. She began her career with ten years in manufacturing and design engineering working for Vishay, a leading manufacturer of discrete semiconductors and passive components. Other business experience ranges from managing software training facilities to building a successful surgical practice to managing municipal recycling programs. She holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
